CHIEF’S WELCOME
On behalf of the Officers and Firefighters of the Richland Center Fire Department let me welcome you. The Richland Center Fire Department is comprised of 46 dedicated firefighters who are highly motivated and proud of their profession.
The Richland Center Fire Department serves more than 14,000 Richland County residents and visitors on a daily basis. With an ISO Class 3 Rating they have proudly done this since the Department was established in 1870 covering 310 square miles of Richland County, serving all or part of 12 townships, 2 villages and the City of Richland Center.
The Richland Center Fire Department is responsible for providing professional and efficient fire suppression, fire prevention, and public education to the citizens we serve.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of service in the most effective manner possible to safeguard and preserve life and property through effective training and education and to respond to all emergencies with sufficient resources to resolve the situation.
Within this outstanding organization, the Richland Center Fire Department is to provide community safety. We accept this challenge with the desire and commitment to do so.
