On Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at approximately 5:15 PM, the Richland Center Fire Department was paged for a utility pole fire on Highway 171 in Dayton Township. Firefighters responded with Engine 705. Firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes. No injuries were reported.
