Paint Spill – Crow Hill School Road

A vehicle traveling on Crow Hill School Road in Section 19 of Richland Township lost a can of paint causing a spill that was approximately 250 feet long. An officer from the Richland County Sheriffs Department discovered the spilled white paint on the roadway after a motorist reported driving through the wet paint. Firefighters applied an absorbent material over the paint to soak up what could be. No injuries were reported. Firefighters were on scene for about half an hour. The call came in on October 23, 2011 at approximately 6:30 pm.
