The Richland Center Fire Explorers is a program for young people ages 15-21 who are interested in learning about firefighting and serving their communities. Explorers begin by attending training meetings, but progress to be allowed to ride along on fire calls to assist the fireman on scene, including establishing a water point, filling tankers, cleanup and overhaul, and air bottle re-filling.
If you or someone you know is interested in joining, please call (608) 647-4556 or send us a message here.
