On 03/23/2010 the Richland Center Fire Department responded to a reported grass fire on County Highway TB, approximately 1/4 of a mile off from U.S. Hwy. 14 in Beauna Vista township. Three separate 911 calls to the Communications Center reported a fire along the roadway. Upon arrival, firefighters found an approximate twenty ft. square area that had been burned. Passers by had primarily contained the fire , firefighters extinguished the remaining flames and overhauled the area. No injuries were reported.
