On February 9th, 2011, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Richland Center Fire Department was paged for a barn fire on County OO in Orion Township. Firefighters responded with Engine 705, Squad 708, Tankers 704, 714, and 717, Utility 718, and Light Rescue 715. Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters pulled multiple hose lines and were able to extinguish the fire before it spread to the rest of the building. No injuries were reported. Firefighters were on scene for about two hours. The Richland Center Fire Explorers assisted at the scene.
