As Firefighters were leaving the incident at the Symons Recreation Complex another call for assistance came in. This call was for the report of a propane leak in the residence. The call was in Buena Vista Township, Section 5, on Herdor Circle. Firefighters responded with Engine 705, Tenders 704 and 707, and Squad 708. Gas was shut off to the home prior to the fire department arriving on the scene. Firefighters ventilated the home and returned to the station. WE Energies, Alliant Energy, and the Richland County Sheriffs Department all assisted at the scene. There were no injuries reported.
