On January 10th, 2013, at approximately noon, the Richland Center Fire Department was paged for a house fire on High Point Road in Sylvan Township. Firefighters responded with Engine 705, Tanker 704, Squad 708, Tanker 714,and Tanker 717. Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters investigated the fire and made sure it was extinguished. No injuries were reported. Firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes. Viola Fire Department and the Richland Center Fire Explorers assisted at the scene.
